Nathan was born with hydrocephalus, cerebral palsy and epilepsy.
Our Photographer, Kerry, says "It's hard to imagine but his brothers had pushed him to the top of a small hill and were running down it with him and they were all in hysterics (while Mum & I were at the bottom having mild panic attacks, lol!) The close up was a great catch as they ran past me.. "
"There is also a shot of them in a line walking through the trees and Mum & I were discussing the boys' favourite books as small children and were discussing the merits of "we're going on a bear hunt". We were both laughing about how it looked like the 3 boys were going on a bear hunt. Such a lovely family, the boys have a magical relationship with each other."
"I'm not sure I can describe what I felt. I think many photographers will admit to feeling a little nervous before an important shoot, I'm no different. I certainly left the shoot feeling on top of the world. We had fun, the boys grins and laughter was infectious and it always feels good to know you are providing memories to last a lifetime."
A big thank you to Nathan's family for allowing us to share his story with everyone and to Kerry for her beautiful photographs.
